Playing Tips

Accuracy off the tee is essential on the forested, tree‑lined fairways—favor controlled drives over trying to overpower holes.

Bentgrass greens are very well maintained and will generally hold approach shots, but read subtle breaks carefully as speeds can be brisk.

Wind around the Fuji basin can be deceptive—check conditions and be ready to alter club selection, particularly in the afternoon when breezes pick up.

With 27 holes and multiple course combinations, pick the routing that suits your energy level and play conservatively where recovery options are limited.

Winters are cold with possible frost or light snow, summers are warm and humid with a chance of afternoon thunderstorms, mornings are often calm and visibility for Mount Fuji is best on clear high‑pressure days; afternoon breezes can develop around the mountain.

Best Season to Play

Late spring (May–June) and autumn (September–November) for cooler temperatures, clearer views of Mount Fuji, and comfortable playing conditions.
