The layout on gentle southern slopes creates subtle elevation changes, so club selection for uphill and downhill approaches to the single bentgrass greens is important.

With riding carts available for all groups you can keep a steady pace and focus on shot selection and green strategy rather than long walks.

The single bentgrass green tends to be receptive and putts roll true, so low, accurate approach shots and careful attention to pin position are rewarded.

Exposed holes can be affected by crosswinds or afternoon gusts, so check the flags from the tee and adjust club choice accordingly.
