The hilly routing rewards accuracy—favor conservative tee shots to keep the ball in play rather than trying to overpower holes.

Bentgrass greens can be relatively fast and firm in spring and autumn, so pay close attention to slopes and prioritize speed control on putts.

Significant elevation changes make club selection crucial—take one more club for uphill approaches and one less for downhill shots.

Afternoon winds from the surrounding mountains can be gusty on exposed holes, so check conditions and adjust aim and club choice accordingly.
