On the long, open Kagamiishi Course prioritize distance off the tee to reach long par‑5s while keeping misses in play to avoid big numbers.

On the Ikoi Course pay close attention to elevation changes and club up on uphill approaches while reducing club on downhill shots.

On the relatively flat Nagamine Course focus on precise approach shots and solid short‑game execution since bentgrass greens can be subtle around the edges.

Bentgrass greens tend to run true but can become noticeably faster in dry summer conditions, so always test speed and read putts carefully.

Mountain breezes can pick up on exposed holes, so check wind direction at the first tee and factor crosswinds and gusts into club selection.
