Choose tees wisely under the Rabbit & Tiger concept because forward tees reward accuracy while the back tees demand distance and punish errant shots.

Treat the long downhill 3rd as a one-club-less hole—club down for landing but allow for extra roll on the fairway and approaches.

Play conservatively into the 18th since the green is well guarded by a pond and aggressive shots to the pin can lead to high scores.

Expect bentgrass greens prepared for tournament play, which can be firm and fast with subtle slopes, so focus on distance control and careful reads on your putts.

Account for variable coastal wind on exposed holes and adjust club selection and shot shape rather than always swinging harder.
