Playing Tips

1
The layout is mostly flat with gentle rises, so prioritize accuracy off the tee over pure distance to avoid the narrower fairway sections.
2
Short intervals between holes help maintain rhythm and reduce fatigue, which you can use to concentrate on precise wedge play into the Bentgrass greens.
3
Greens are moderately fast and receptive, so focus on distance control and try to leave approach shots below the hole when possible.
4
Wind in the Niigata countryside can be changeable—check flags frequently and favor controlled shots or an extra club when the breeze picks up.
5
Soft spikes are recommended and the turf is well maintained, so wear stable footwear to keep your footing for accurate short-game shots.
