Playing Tips

1
Fairways are wide and mostly flat so play conservatively off the tee to keep the ball in play and avoid big numbers from water hazards on the front nine.
2
The dramatic downhill 1st hole and other elevation changes demand careful club selection—use less club on downhill shots and add one club for uphill approaches.
3
Water carries on the 3rd and 8th require confidence in distance control, so favour the safe side of the carry if you’re unsure of your yardage.
4
On the back nine, the gentle downhill routing and the parallel water hazard at the 11th mean you should prioritize position over distance to set up easier approach shots.
5
Greens are bentgrass and generally receptive but can have subtle breaks, so pay attention to speed and commit to your line on putts.
