Tree-lined fairways demand accuracy off the tee, so favor a controlled tee shot over maximum distance to avoid dense rough and penalty areas.

Several holes are guarded by large ponds, so plan conservative approaches and favor the safer side of the green when in doubt.

Hilly terrain means you will frequently face uphill and downhill lies, so adjust club selection and stance accordingly rather than assuming flat-yardage conversion.

The course uses well-maintained bentgrass greens that are typically smooth and can be moderately quick, so read subtle breaks and control speed on approach shots and putts.
