The layout rewards distance—confident tee shots with driver can shorten holes but accuracy is still important on medium-width fairways.

Many holes provide clear sightlines from tee to green but are tree-lined, so errant tee shots are often severely penalized by the rough or trees.

Bentgrass greens are well maintained and generally receptive, yet moderate undulations demand precise approach distances and careful green reading.
