The tree-lined forest layout penalizes wayward drives, so prioritize fairway position over raw distance to avoid pine trouble.

Several holes feature water carries and doglegs, so choose clubs conservatively off the tee to leave comfortable approach angles.

Greens include both Bentgrass and Zoysia surfaces, meaning Bent areas tend to be faster and truer while Zoysia (korai) reads slower and can be bumpier, so check the green type before plotting putts.

Gentle undulations and newly renovated white-sand bunkers around greens make course management and precise short game play essential.

At about 6,800 yards the course plays long, so consider forward tees or strategic layups if distance is a concern.
