At roughly 7,000 yards the course rewards length but also requires accuracy, so balance distance with controlled tee shots on the longer par‑4s and par‑5s.

As a forest course with tree‑lined fairways, errant drives are often penalized, so prioritize placement over aggressive shaping where the landing areas narrow.

The single bentgrass greens are generally true but can run quicker in warm months, so read subtle breaks carefully and try to leave approach shots below the hole.

Although largely flat, some holes open to crosswinds—check flag direction and adjust club selection, especially on longer approaches.
