Omiya International Country Club is a large golf facility located in Saitama, surrounded by lush greenery and rivers, just a short drive from central Tokyo. The club features five unique 9-hole courses, totaling 45 holes, each offering different challenges suitable for all skill levels. Nestled between the Arakawa and Iruma Rivers, the courses make use of natural terrain with varied landscapes including woodland and water hazards. With five distinct 9‑hole courses, pick the tees and course combination that suit your game to avoid unnecessarily long holes.

Wide fairways provide forgiveness off the tee, but many holes feature ponds and creeks so prioritize accuracy when water comes into play.

The club has both Zoysia (komi) and Bentgrass greens—expect firmer, bumpier breaks on Zoysia and faster, truer rolls on Bentgrass, and adjust putting speed accordingly.

Lying between the Arakawa and Iruma rivers, some holes can be exposed to variable or gusty winds so check conditions and consider conservative club selection on crosswinds.

Allow extra time for the internal shuttle buses between starting points, especially on busy mornings, so you don’t rush pre‑shot routines.
