The course is relatively short and hilly so prioritize accuracy and controlled mid/short irons off the tee rather than trying to overpower the holes.

Bentgrass greens are usually smooth—take time to read subtle breaks and aim to leave approach shots below the hole for easier uphill putts.

Elevation changes can significantly affect distance, so take one club more for uphill shots and one club less for downhill shots.

Wind can pick up on exposed ridges of the hilly layout, so check the flag and adjust trajectory and club selection accordingly.

With through (continuous) play and a casual atmosphere, keep a steady pace and be ready to read greens quickly to help the round flow.
