On the Eagle Course prioritize accuracy over distance because water hazards feature on several approach shots and can punish overly aggressive lines.

The Lion Course is hilly and demands careful club selection for uphill and downhill lies, so factor elevation change into every yardage.

Bentgrass greens can run fairly fast in summer, so leave approach shots below the hole and focus on speed control with your putts.

Many holes are exposed to coastal breezes and winds can shift quickly, so check wind direction from each tee and play conservative club choices when uncertain.
