Accuracy off the tee is more important than raw distance because the layout rewards placement and penalizes errant drives.

Aim to position your tee shots toward the safer side of the fairway to leave clearer, angle-friendly approach shots into the undulating Bentgrass greens.

Account for elevation changes on this hilly course by selecting clubs carefully, as uphill and downhill shots can play a club or two different.

Wind can be gusty and changeable on exposed highs and ridges, so check wind direction and adjust club selection accordingly before each shot.

Bentgrass greens are generally true and receptive, so focus on precise distance control and reading subtle breaks, and remember the course requires soft spikes only.
