Accuracy off the tee is important because the forest-style layout and tree-lined fairways will heavily penalize wayward drives.

At roughly 1,000 meters elevation the ball flies farther than at sea level, so consider clubbing down on longer shots.

Bentgrass greens generally hold approach shots well but feature subtle undulations, so precise distance control and careful reads are rewarded.

Check wind conditions on every tee as mountain breezes and occasional gusts can significantly alter ball flight and club selection.

Bring layers for cool temperatures even in summer and remember that soft spikes are required on the course.
