Yoichi Bay can produce strong, shifting coastal winds so pay close attention to wind direction on exposed holes and adjust club selection accordingly.

While several holes play forgivingly, many carry strategically placed hazards and narrower landing zones where accuracy matters off the tee.

Bentgrass greens in Hokkaido tend to be relatively firm and true, so focus on speed control and read subtle breaks carefully.
