Take advantage of the GPS-equipped four-seater carts and fairway access (weather permitting) to manage distances and conserve energy between shots.

Account for lake breezes on exposed holes by checking wind direction and often clubbing up to avoid coming up short.

Greens are bentgrass and generally receptive, so focus on hitting the correct approach and read subtle breaks carefully when putting.
