This long, hilly par-72 layout rewards accuracy and sound course management more than purely aggressive drives.

Large natural ponds and creeks come into play on multiple holes, so favour conservative tee shots to the safer side of the fairway.

Bentgrass greens are well maintained and can become quick with subtle breaks, so spend extra time reading speed and lines on putts.

Expect frequent elevation changes—take an extra club for uphill approaches and consider one less for downhill shots.

Exposed rolling fairways can amplify wind effects, so always check wind direction and adjust aim and club selection accordingly.
