The hilly layout demands careful club selection on uphill and downhill shots, so take an extra club uphill and one less downhill when in doubt.

Bentgrass greens tend to be smooth and can run quick—focus on precise distance control and read subtle breaks carefully.

Accuracy off the tee is more important than length; keep drives in play to avoid tree-lined roughs and blocked angles into greens.

Approach shots should favor the center of the green rather than chasing pins, as sloping surrounds can make recovery putts difficult.

Follow the club’s soft-spike rule and use comfortable shoes for stability on sloping lies and uneven terrain.
