Although the course is not excessively long, accuracy off the tee is important on hilly, undulating fairways—favor position over max distance.

Account for elevation changes when selecting clubs, taking at least one club more for uphill approach shots and one less for downhill shots.

Bentgrass greens are well maintained and tend to be true and smooth, so carefully read subtle breaks and be cautious of green speed variations by season.

Wind is often light but can pick up in the afternoon or with passing weather systems, so check conditions before each round and adjust trajectory and club selection.

Take advantage of the electric carts to conserve energy on the hilly layout and keep a steady pace, as two-player rounds often move quicker.
