PGM Golf Resort Okinawa is a scenic 27-hole course overlooking the turquoise East China Sea in Onna, Okinawa. Featuring three distinct courses named after tropical flowers—Bougainvillea, Hibiscus, and Deigo—it offers a refreshing and enjoyable golfing experience with wide, flat fairways and unique hole layouts that incorporate the natural terrain. The resort, fully renovated in 2017, hosted the HEIWA×PGM Championship tournament and boasts breathtaking views extending to the Motobu Peninsula and Ihe Island. From August 2024, night golf with 18-hole play will be available, allowing golfers to enjoy a magical atmosphere different from daytime rounds.

The wide, flat fairways are forgiving off the tee so prioritize positioning for accurate approach shots rather than always trying to overpower the holes.

Coastal exposure means the wind can be variable and tends to pick up in the afternoon, so monitor conditions and adjust club selection accordingly.

The course is hilly with seaside elevation changes so account for downhill and uphill carries which can significantly affect distance and roll.

Greens are Bermuda grass and can show grain and firm up; test speed early on the green and be mindful of subtle slopes when planning putts.
