Oka no Koen Kiyosato Golf Course is a full-scale resort course located at the foothills of the southern Yatsugatake Mountains in the popular Kiyosato resort area. The 18-hole, par-72 course features two main layouts: the flat Fuji-san Course with views of Mount Fuji, and the longer Komagatake Course overlooking Komagatake Mountain. All carts are equipped with GPS navigation, and play is completely self-service since 2020. The resort also offers a 200-yard driving range and various family-friendly facilities, including a kids' park, natural hot springs, and a campground, making it a great destination for both golf and leisure.

The course is long (6,865 yards) and hilly so prioritize course management and accuracy over trying to overpower holes.

Use the GPS-equipped cart to judge yardages for uphill and downhill approach shots because elevation changes can significantly alter club selection.

The Komagatake layout plays longer and rewards distance off the tee, while the Fuji-san layout is comparatively flatter and rewards precise iron play into the greens.

Bentgrass greens tend to be true and can run quick, so take extra time to read subtle slopes and be conservative on long downhill putts.

Mountain breezes from the Yatsugatake area can strengthen in the afternoon, so factor wind into tee shots and approach club choice, especially on exposed holes.
