At just under 4,000 yards with a par of 63, this shorter course rewards accuracy and a strong short game more than raw driving distance.

The hilly layout means club selection is important—plan to take an extra club on uphill shots and one less on firm downhill lies.

Two green types (Bentgrass and Zoysia) produce different speeds and roll characteristics, so test putts early to dial in your pace.

Make use of the on-site practice facilities to confirm wedge distances and putting speed before starting, since scoring depends heavily on approaches and short-game touch.

Winds can shift around ridgelines on the hills, so watch flags and tree movement and adjust aim and trajectory accordingly.
