The course is long and hilly so pay close attention to elevation changes and club up or down accordingly for approach shots.

Fairways are relatively narrow so accuracy off the tee is more important than raw distance—consider laying up rather than forcing driver into tight landing areas.

Many greens are elevated and well protected, so aim for the center of the putting surface and favor shots that carry the fringe rather than running up short.

Wind can be variable on exposed ridges and in valleys, so check flag direction frequently and factor crosswinds into your aim and club selection.

Greens feature bentgrass and zoysia with noticeable undulations, so when below the hole use bump-and-run techniques and take extra care reading break and speed.
