The course’s hilly terrain and three distinct 9-hole loops mean you’ll face frequent uphill and downhill shots, so factor elevation into every club selection.

Prioritize accuracy off the tee over pure distance because uneven lies and natural contours can punish errant drives.

Bentgrass greens typically hold approach shots well, so aim to leave yourself below the hole and be conservative with pace on sloping surfaces.

Exposed ridges and higher tees can amplify wind effects, so check wind direction and adjust club choice, especially on longer holes.

Soft spikes are required, and because the layout is undulating allow extra time for walking or navigating between tees and greens.
