Take advantage of fairway riding—being able to drive carts on the fairway lets you position closer to the ball for more comfortable approach shots.

Careful club selection is important because several holes play over gentle elevation changes that can make yardages play longer or shorter than the book.

Accuracy off the tee is rewarded since fairways are not especially wide; avoid risky lines and favour conservative tee shots when hazards loom.

Greens are bentgrass and generally receptive but can have subtle breaks, so spend time reading putts and expect moderate speeds.
