Accuracy off the tee is essential because undulating fairways and strategically placed hazards punish errant drives.

Adjust club selection carefully on uphill and downhill holes and aim to leave approach shots below the hole when possible to simplify putts.

Short par-3s and tighter par-4s require precise placement to avoid tucked hazards and narrow landing areas.

Greens are bentgrass and can play firm with subtle breaks, so take time to read the slopes and be cautious with putts from above the hole.

Seasonal winds and local gusts across the hilly terrain can change carry and roll, so check wind direction and strength before each tee shot and approach.
