The front nine’s gentle ridgeline undulations reward controlled tee shots and accurate irons rather than trying to overpower the holes.

On the back nine several downhill holes overlook the Chikugo Plain, so take advantage of wider fairways but adjust club selection for downhill distances.

Mid-length holes are key scoring opportunities — carefully choose clubs and trust lower-loft options when the lies are tight to avoid leaving long putts.

The course uses Zoysia greens, so focus on delicate putting and read subtle breaks and grain to save strokes on the green.
