Kobe Country Club Kobe Course, opened in July 2014, is a modern 18-hole golf course located in Kita-ku, Kobe, Hyogo Prefecture. Designed by Niklaus Design, led by legendary Jack Nicklaus, the course offers a challenging yet enjoyable experience across its hilly terrain. Featuring bentgrass greens and a par 72 layout stretching over 7,211 yards, it is the newest golf facility in the region. Players are asked to adhere to a smart dress code, including blazers (except June to September) and collared shirts year-round. Soft spikes are required on the course to protect the turf.

You can practice at this course! Take advantage of the practice range to warm up before your round or work on your skills.

플레이 팁

The course is long and hilly, so prioritize accuracy and course management over raw distance off the tee to avoid narrow landing zones and blind shots.

Fairways play relatively narrow, so favor controlled tee shots with fairway woods or long irons when accuracy is needed rather than always bombing driver.

Bentgrass greens are well maintained but can be firm and subtly undulating, so read breaks carefully and try to leave approach shots below the hole for easier uphill putts.

Elevation changes and some elevated tees magnify wind effects, so adjust club selection for wind and consider conservative play when gusts are strong.

Given the overall length, be selective with aggressive lines on long par 5s and lay up to a preferred wedge distance when pin positions are tight.

Kobe's inland‑coastal location brings humid summers with a distinct rainy season in June and occasional typhoons in late summer, breezy conditions on exposed ridges, mild springs and autumns, and cool, drier winters.

Spring (April–May) and autumn (October–November) offer the most pleasant temperatures and the most stable weather, while the rainy season in June and typhoon-prone late summer are best avoided.

When visiting, please wear a blazer (except from June to September) and a collared inner shirt (year-round; collarless shirts must have a collar height of at least 3 cm). Please be mindful of summer and winter attire. T-shirts, down jackets, jeans, and similar clothing are not allowed. Entry may be refused based on your attire.
