With a long, roomy layout, bring your driver to take advantage of distance but favor controlled tee shots to keep the ball in play.

As a forested course, errant shots are punished by trees and underbrush, so prioritize accuracy and consider a fairway wood or hybrid when lines are tight.

Bentgrass greens are generally smooth and can run quicker in cooler, drier conditions, so focus on pace control especially on downhill putts.

Tree cover often shelters most holes from steady wind, but exposed tees and ridges can produce crosswinds so check wind direction at each tee.

Soft-spike shoes are required by the club, so bring appropriate footwear to avoid issues at arrival.
