Play this as a true links course and use the ground game—well-placed low shots will take advantage of the wide, rolling fairways and runouts.

Account for coastal wind on almost every hole; when wind is strong keep the ball flight lower and choose one more club into the wind.

Avoid aggressive lines when water hazards are in play—six strategically placed ponds and surrounding mounds can turn a missed approach into a big number.

Greens are bentgrass with moderate speed and subtle undulations, so prioritize hitting the correct tier and reading subtle breaks rather than trying to blast putts past the hole.

At roughly 6,900 yards the course rewards accurate long-iron and fairway wood play rather than just swinging for maximum distance.
