The front nine features several water hazards, so favor accuracy off the tee to avoid costly penalty strokes on approach shots.

With generally wide fairways, you can be aggressive off the tee but plan positionally for holes guarded by water and bunkers.

Hole 10 plays downhill—take one more club than usual for approach distance control, while hole 15’s uphill approach requires clubbing up to reach the green.

Bentgrass greens are well maintained but can be subtly contoured, so pay close attention to break and speed on your putts.

The finishing 18th is the longest hole—manage risk by deciding whether to go for distance or lay up to hit a safer approach into the green.
