Front nine rewards accuracy over distance—several holes require well-placed tee shots and a cautious approach to the green, especially the long par‑4 that plays over a pond.

The back nine is longer and demands both length and precision off the tee, so favor fairway position to set up reachable second shots.

Greens are a mix of Zoysia and Bentgrass, so expect variable pace—Zoysia holes generally play slower and hold approach shots, while Bentgrass will be quicker and more receptive to spin.

Hilly terrain produces many uphill and downhill lies; adjust club selection for elevation changes and focus on balance for shots from uneven stances.

Afternoon sea breezes from the nearby coast and occasional strong winds can affect ball flight, so check conditions and club a bit stronger into the wind.
