Although the overall yardage is relatively short, many holes cross valleys and creeks so accuracy and course management matter more than raw distance.

The signature 17th requires a precise tee or approach to carry the creek, so consider a conservative lay‑up if distance or wind is uncertain.

Flat terrain and fairway riding allowed mean you can take advantage of cart access to position for easier approaches and save energy for the back nine.

Greens are bentgrass and generally receptive, so focus on leaving yourself short, paying close attention to subtle breaks and pin placements.
