Wide fairways reward conservative tee shots—prioritize position over sheer distance to keep out of trouble and set up easier approaches.

Afternoon breezes on the hilly layout can change club selection, so check wind direction and strength before each tee shot.

Several ponds are scattered around the course and can come into play on approaches, so favor safe angles or lay-ups when water is on the line.

Greens alternate between Bentgrass and Zoysia, producing variable speeds and grain—read putts carefully and avoid long uphill tests to fast Bentgrass sections.

Although the overall yardage is modest, precise iron play is required because bunkers and subtle slopes around the greens will punish loose approaches, and the finishing 560‑yard par is a true test of course management.
