Tsu Country Club offers an 18-hole course set on a vast, gently rolling landscape in Mie Prefecture. While the terrain is mostly flat, each hole features unique elements such as mounds, grass bunkers, and water hazards, creating an engaging and strategic golfing experience. The course combines beauty with challenge, highlighted by pure sand greens and striking bunkers that test players’ skills. Located within easy reach—just a 60-minute high-speed boat ride from Chubu Centrair International Airport—it is also conveniently close to the relaxing Sakakibara Onsen for accommodations. Soft spikes are recommended for footwear.

Many holes feature mounds, grass bunkers and ponds, so plan tee and approach shots to leave yourself the simplest angles into the green.

Greens are well contoured and demand accurate approaches and careful pace control on putts, so factor in slope and pin location on every approach.

The gently rolling, exposed routing can produce crosswinds—check wind direction on elevated tees and wear soft spikes as recommended for traction.
