The Kanto/Narita area has a humid climate with a rainy season in June, hot humid summers with occasional typhoons in late summer, mild and dry autumns, cool winters, and the flat terrain near the airport can produce gusty winds at times.

Late spring (April–May) and autumn (September–November) offer the most comfortable, stable conditions for golf, while the June rainy season and typhoon-prone late summer are less reliable.
