Expect river breezes that can influence ball flight on exposed holes, so check wind direction and strength before every tee shot.

Play conservatively around water features and favor accurate iron play over overly aggressive drives on holes with hazards.

Zoysia (highly compressed high-maintenace?) greens tend to be firmer and slower than bentgrass, so play slightly firmer approaches and judge putt speed with less rollout in mind.

Allow extra time for the short shuttle from the clubhouse and keep a steady pace of play to avoid delays.
