At 1,100 m altitude the ball carries farther than at sea level, so club down compared with your usual yardages to avoid coming up short on approaches.

The fairways are relatively open and separated by white birch and larch, so prioritize accuracy off the tee over trying to gain extra distance with a driver.

Bentgrass greens are generally receptive but can show subtle breaks, so take extra time to read slopes and be cautious when attacking pins from below.
