You can practice at this course! Take advantage of the practice range to warm up before your round or work on your skills.

打球建议

On the East Course (designed by Seiichi Inoue) prioritize accuracy off the tee and position your drives to open the correct angle into the often strategically guarded greens.

The West Course is generally wide and flat so you can be more aggressive with tee shots and expect extra rollout on fairways and approaches.

Be aware of the seasonal green change: Bentgrass greens play faster and truer while the Zoysia (Kōrai) greens used in July–September are firmer and slower, so adjust club selection and putting speed accordingly.

Use the GPS-equipped carts to get precise yardages to hazards and pin positions to help with club selection and course management, especially on the more strategic East holes.

Shiga has a humid climate with a rainy season in June, hot and humid summers with occasional typhoons July–September, mild and stable autumns, and cool winters with occasional frost or light snow.

Late spring (April–June) and autumn (September–November) are the best times to play for comfortable temperatures and stable course conditions, while summer can be hot and subject to heavy rain or typhoons and winter can be chilly with frost.

Please wear jackets or suits. However, this does not apply during the designated summer period (June 1 to September 30). Please refrain from wearing T-shirts, jeans, jerseys, sandals (including Crocs), sneakers, etc.
