The layout rewards a full bag and variety of clubs—be ready to shape shots and lay up to hit greens from advantageous angles.

Bentgrass greens are generally receptive but can show subtle undulations, so focus on distance control and carefully read the breaks.

At about 6,600 yards the course is moderately long and strategic, so avoid forcing long shots and play smart for pars and birdie opportunities.

Trees and rough are penal; course management and positioning off the tee are often more important than pure distance, and sheltered fairways usually reduce wind’s impact.
