Otsuki Garden Golf Club, operated by Accordia Golf, is a scenic 18-hole course nestled in the hills of Tsuru, Yamanashi Prefecture. Opened in 1995, it sits at an elevation of 650 to 800 meters, offering a cool, refreshing environment especially during summer. The course features mostly flat fairways, with some challenging uphill holes crossing valleys on the front nine and downhill holes on the back nine, where you can also enjoy views of Mount Fuji. The British-style clubhouse provides a refined atmosphere, and the course is easily accessible, located about 55 km from the Hachioji Junction via Otsuki IC.

Accuracy from the tee is more important than raw distance—favor controlled tee shots to keep out of valley hazards and find the fairway.

Several front‑nine holes cross valleys and play uphill, so take an extra club for carry or consider a conservative layup to avoid trouble.

Back‑nine holes include downhill holes that play longer than the card suggests, so confirm yardages and be prepared to club down when necessary.

Bentgrass greens at this elevation can be firm and quick, so leave approach shots below the hole and pay close attention to subtle breaks.

Wind can change with elevation on exposed holes, so check wind direction at the tee and adjust club selection and trajectory accordingly.

The course sits at 650–800 m so temperatures are noticeably cooler than the lowlands, especially in summer; mornings can be cool or misty and exposed holes may experience gusty winds, while winters are cold with occasional snow.

Late spring through early autumn (May–October) is ideal—summer offers cool, comfortable conditions compared with lowlands and autumn brings the clearest views of Mount Fuji; winters can be cold with possible snow and are less pleasant for play.

During play, please refrain from wearing clothing not sold as golf (sports) wear, such as T-shirts and jeans. Please wear golf shoes with soft spikes or spikeless soles during play. For safety and heatstroke prevention, wearing a hat is recommended during play.
