Though the course is not especially long, accuracy off the tee is more important than distance because fairways are not wide and bunkers are strategically placed.

Large bentgrass greens reward precise approach shots, so aim for the center and be prepared for subtle breaks and varying speeds across the surfaces.

Because the layout is hilly, club selection can change dramatically between tees and greens, so take extra time to judge elevation changes on approach shots.

Use the on-site driving range and practice greens to dial in yardages and to get a feel for green speed before starting your round.
