At 7,216 yards the course rewards both distance and accuracy off the tee so prioritize finding the fairway to shorten demanding approach shots.

The hilly routing creates frequent elevation changes—club up for uphill approaches and club down for downhill shots to better judge carry and roll.

Holes near Lake Kitaura are exposed to wind, especially in the afternoon, so check wind direction on elevated tees and adjust aim and club selection for crosswinds and headwinds.

Bentgrass greens hold approach shots well but can play firmer and quicker at times, so spend time on the practice putting green to gauge speed and breaks before your round.
