The design rewards strategic tee placement over sheer length, so prioritize accuracy to leave manageable approach shots into the greens.

Bentgrass greens tend to be true and can play firm when windy or dry, so test putt speed carefully and be cautious with downhill reads.

Wear soft spikes as required, and be prepared for extra rollout on fairway shots near the shoreline where firm lies and wind can increase ball run.
