Ponds and seaside-style bunkers protect many greens so prioritize accuracy into the landing areas rather than trying to overpower holes.

Bentgrass greens hold up well in summer but tend to run quicker in cooler months, so pay attention to pace and subtle breaks when putting.

Wind can be variable on exposed ridges and open holes—check wind direction and strength on the GPS cart before committing to a club.
