Tee shots reward accuracy over distance on this mostly flat, tree-lined course—favor placement to avoid the woods and bunkers.

The signature 16th demands respect because water protects the green, so decide between a safe layup or an aggressive carry based on wind and pin position.

With both Zoysia (Korai) and Bentgrass greens expect variable speeds—Bentgrass will be quicker and truer while Zoysia will hold more, so adjust putt pace and approach shots accordingly.

Although many holes are sheltered by trees, coastal sea breezes can affect ball flight in the afternoon so check wind direction on each tee.

Take advantage of the night golf facilities in summer to beat the heat, but be mindful that lighting can alter depth perception and check available tee times in advance.
