Narita High Tree Golf Club is an 18-hole hilly course located in Tako, Chiba Prefecture, offering easy access by car from nearby expressway interchanges. Designed by Asao Ishii and opened in 1978, it became LPGA certified in 2010. The course features a mix of challenging holes, including water hazards and elevation changes, providing an exciting round for golfers of various skill levels. A renovated driving range with 17 bays extends 250 yards. The clubhouse, built with traditional cedar siding, offers private powder rooms for women and multiple event rooms accommodating up to 130 people, making it a well-equipped and welcoming golfing destination.

The hilly layout means club selection must be adjusted for elevation changes—take one more club uphill and one less downhill when in doubt.

Fairways play relatively narrow so prioritize accuracy off the tee over distance to keep out of trouble.

Several holes incorporate water hazards and contouring around greens, so aim for the center of the putting surface on approach shots.

Bentgrass greens are well maintained and can be moderately fast with subtle breaks, so spend extra time reading putts and control your speed.

Use the renovated 250‑yard driving range to dial in long clubs and practice trajectory control for uphill and downhill approaches.
