Designed by Takeshi Adachi, the course features gentle elevations and a layout that suits players of all levels. Highlights include a short hole overlooking a pond with Mt. Expect strong and changeable coastal winds off the Sea of Japan and plan club selection accordingly, often needing one or two clubs more into the wind.

The course sits on higher ground with gentle elevation changes, so always account for uphill and downhill approaches when choosing clubs and trajectories.

Play conservatively on the short pond hole and aim for the center of the green to avoid the water, while seaside middle holes require wind-aware approaches rather than aggressive lines.

The bentgrass greens can be firm and quick in summer, so use the practice green and the 220‑yard driving range to dial in speed and trajectory before your round, and remember only soft spikes are permitted.

Coastal Hokkaido conditions mean cool summers, frequent and sometimes strong sea breezes from the Sea of Japan, occasional morning fog, and cold snowy winters that close or limit play for much of the colder months.

Late spring through early autumn (May–October) is best, with July–September offering the warmest, most pleasant conditions and stable course surfaces; avoid winter when snow and frozen ground make the course unplayable.
